Hi, I love my bike but when it rains i hate having to drive to uni and back, stayin soaking all day. So i have been looking into getting a reliant just to take me to uni on the days when its pouring down... but ive now searched the net and been on many forums and i cant seem to find anything useful to me so hear goes. i have a full bike license but no car license and i have 3 years no claims bonus but how can i insure a Reliant using my no claims bonus for a bike when its a car? i am sure this must be possible as it can be driven on a motorcycle license. when i go on websites to find out insurance quotes they tell me im not old enough to have 3 years ncb... so im real real confused!

Hi. Probably best to call rather than use a comparison site. Perhaps try Adrian Flux (more specialised) or Admiral who give introductory NCB on a second vehicle.
Try the classic car insurances people like Footman James for example. I get a good deal on my elderly Lotus...£113 comp on limited mileage as a second car
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left!
